We are offering an excellent opportunity as a qualified Accountant to join the team to cover a period of Maternity leave from October 2022. The Accountant role will work directly with the CEO to prepare the accounts and will be working in a team with one Accounts Assistant.
Role Accountabilities
Overseeing payments
Oversee & maintain day-to-day duties with an assistant who will assist in day-to-day running (bank recs, credit card recs, receivables, payables, control accounts)
Month-end reconciliations of the P&L / B/S
Month-end procedures & processes
Month-end analysis & reporting
Budget analysis & preparation
Forecasting
Data analysing to assist in the CEO decision making
VAT returns
Payroll
Audit preparation
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Previous experience in a property background, dealing with mortgages is highly desirable
ACCA or CIMA qualified
